Nestled in the heart of downtown Phoenix, the development blends retail, dining, and modern office space across a dynamic open-air campus. Using V120-RGBW fixtures, the designer transforms architectural planes into luminous diagonal runways, infusing the space with a sense of energy and forward motion. The result is a visually compelling environment that draws people in and elevates the everyday experience.
